Storyboards

View a storyboard for the visual effects scene discussed in the DVD program. Storyboards help everyone visualize a scene. Click here to view one page of the storyboard that was developed for the visual effect discussed in the DVD. The director and director of photography often use storyboards to pre-visualize the various shots. For example, on the DVD cover there is a photo of DP Michael Bonvillain and director Jack Bender looking at storyboards while they are scouting the location for the special effects scene.
